Chakra meditation
is a mindfulness practice that focuses on the energy centers in the body, known as chakras, to promote balance and harmony. Colorful energy points thought to be located along the spine, from the base to the top of the head, and are believed to affect physical, emotional, and other aspects of health. It is important to flow and unblock the vital energy.

Sit comfortably with a straight back and relax.

Breathe deeply from your belly.

Focus on each chakra in turn, with the intention of clearing and balancing it with the spiral visualization.

Give blocked chakras more attention: If you notice a chakra feels blocked, give it more time and attention.

Meditate for about 20 minutes: You can practice chakra meditation daily or weekly,
